1 cm tear along with approximately 14 tiny tears and moderate creasing on the right edge, 1 cm piece torn from near the bottom of the right edge, two 1 cm tears and approximately 10 tiny tears on the left edge along with moderate creasing, creasing to the top left corner, light surface creasing around the top center, faint yellow fine vertical print error line through the center of the top border, small piece of tape on the back of the top edge (reinforcing a tear near the top), otherwise very good.
