CONDITION :

Three 1 cm tears along with a couple of smaller tears on the top edge, very mild creasing on the right edge, 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, two 1 cm tears along with a couple of smaller tears and mild creasing along the bottom edge, some light surface creasing just above the bottom edge (mostly near the right corner), tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, small tear and very mild creasing on the left edge along with very slight Browning to the tip, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around the fold intersections and some light stress marks on some the fold lines, otherwise very good!!
