Extremely mild creasing and very slight Browning to the tip of the bottom of the left edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild edge wear/Browning to the tip of the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear on the right edge, very mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), Otherwise Excellent!
