CONDITION :

5 cm tear at the center of the top edge, 4 cm tear on the left of the top edge, 1 cm tear also on the top edge (near left corner), small line of red print on the bottom right corner tip, 1 cm tear at the center of the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny spot of red print on the bottom edge (left of center), two 1 cm tears along with mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, 15 cm slightly diagonal crease at the top of the left edge, 2 to 4 pinholes near this every corner and the center of every edge, two additional pinholes near the left edge (below center), very mild fold wear (tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line plus additional creasing around some of the folds), four pinholes along the tip of the top edge of the white background of the title bubble on the right, otherwise very good.
