CONDITION :
Three of the ad blocks have been cut out of page 15 (this obviously affects page 16 also), one ad block has been cut out from page 17 (this affects page 18 also), two light vertical creases through the center of every page (due to the press book being folded in half), indentation marks from some handwriting completely throughout the front cover due to someone writing on a sheet of paper on top of the cover, otherwise good.
