CONDITION :
The left edge appears to have been cut slightly too short as it just cuts into the vertical “designed by feref associates Ltd London England” text (I believe this to have been done at the printers rather than trimmed afterwards), extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, additional creasing around the top half of the left and right vertical fold lines (due to being folded slightly out of alignment), otherwise very good!
