CONDITION :

Tape / tape adhesive stains near each corner, 1cm edge tear on the bottom edge near right corner, some red print has transferred into the side borders around the ends of the fold lines (there could be a few spots of damp mixed in), small brown mark in the right border (above center), 1cm edge tear at the top of the right edge, patches of grey spots on the back of the center vertical fold line mostly around the top and bottom fold intersection (these are visible on the front), small piece of tape residue in the left border (center), creasing around the center vertical fold line, mild fold wear, Otherwise Good.
