CONDITION :

1 cm tear on the top edge (near left corner), a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 17 cm slightly diagonal crease across the bottom left corner (has white stress marks on it), very mild creasing on the left edge, 15 x 3 cm faint liquid smear near the bottom left corner, surface is lightly creased throughout (particularly near the side edges and around the title area), otherwise good.
