CONDITION :

Extremely mild edge wear on the side edges, small crease across the bottom left corner, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny crease across the top right corner, tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, approximately ten small (all approximately 1 cm) white surface creases within the tree on the left (mostly above center), some additional surface creases near the left edge, several small surface creases near the right edge (some have developed white stress marks), some additional light surface creasing throughout, light diagonal crease from near the bottom of the left edge up to the top edge, otherwise good.
