CONDITION :

Small crease across the top left corner, 1 cm tear and approximately 3 tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, 3 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the top right corner, light vertical crease from top to bottom near the right edge, 8 cm light diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, extremely tiny piece torn from the bottom edge (right), 1.5 cm tear along with approximately five smaller tears and moderate creasing on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear along with two smaller tears on the left edge, the surface near the bottom edge is fairly creased/wrinkled throughout, some very light surface creasing near the other edges, very mild fold wear (creasing around the intersections), light diagonal crease from the right fold intersection up to the top edge, otherwise very good.
