Approx ½ inch has been cut from the top edge reducing the overall dimensions to approx 29½ x 40 inches, tiny edge tear on the left edge near the bottom, tape residue on the top and bottom edges near all corners, Some fold wear (white stress lines on and around the fold lines), A couple of small white stress marks, Slightly yellowed by sun, Otherwise Good.
