CONDITION :

Numerous small white surface crease marks in the dark background near the left edge, small tear and mild creasing on the top edge, a couple of tiny tears and numerous small white creases on the bottom edge, a couple of small surface creases near the right edge, three small white surface creases below the title, some faint green print error streaks around the green text at the top and also in the black background to the right of the house, mild surface creasing along the bottom, otherwise good.
