CONDITION :

Very slight yellowing to the edges, approximately five extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, a couple of light surface creases, the back of the bottom edge is a little tacky and has attracted a few tiny fibres, otherwise very good
