Extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, 4 cm fine light print error line with some additional faint lines around it near the top of the left edge, fold wear including white stress marks on the fold lines and a tiny tear at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line, some very light surface creasing, otherwise very good.
