CONDITION :

Four extremely tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, 5cm edge tear on the right edge, tiny edge tear on the top edge, some fold wear including a small wear hole at both the top and center fold intersections on the left vertical fold lines plus tiny wear hole at the dead center fold intersection and approximately ten small tears on the center horizontal fold line, Otherwise Very Good. HUGE!
