3 x 1 cm strip of surface paper has lifted at the center of the top edge (has a tiny amount of paper loss at the edge of it), blu-tac residue/grease near every corner and the center of the top edge, 2 cm tear and mild creasing on the top edge, very mild creasing on the side edges, light diagonal crease across the top left corner, mild fold wear including a small tear at the right fold intersection plus stress marks on the fold lines, light surface creasing around the corners, 8 cm horizontal surface crease in the dark grey background below the left of the house, small sticker on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
