CONDITION :

11 cm tear from the center of the top edge down into the A in SPECTACULAR (there is a 12 x 3 cm patch of tape adhesive staining on the back of it but this is only noticeable if the poster is held to light/backlit), four tiny pieces of Sellotape at the center of the top edge, 1 cm tear at the top of the right vertical fold line, extremely mild creasing also on the top edge including a tiny crease across the top right corner, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge (left), very mild fold wear (light stress marks on some the fold lines and creasing around some of the intersections), very light vertical crease from the top edge down to the top horizontal fold line (just right of the Dragon at the top right), extremely faint 12 x 11 cm water mark on the back of the left of the poster (not noticeable at all on the front.. even if backlit), otherwise very good, and in my opinion the tear at the top could be easily repaired.
