CONDITION :
Tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, 2.5 cm tear and a 1 cm tear on the right edge (both have tape on the back), two small tears and numerous small white crease marks on the bottom edge, a few small white surface creases near the left edge including a 6 cm vertical crease through the top of the building, small white surface crease on the left shoulder and another one on the book, small white surface crease to the left of the title and another just left of the K, otherwise okay.
