Four creases across the top left corner (longest is 7 cm), mild creasing also on the top edge, 6 cm crease/score line near the top of the right edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge, a few small white surface crease marks in the black background around the taglines, pinhole in the black background just left of the ear, otherwise good.
