CONDITION :
2 cm tear and a small spot of print loss near the top of the right edge, small spot of print loss near the top left corner, a little dark blue print has transferred onto/around the bottom edge, small dark print spot near the bottom edge, a little blu-tac grease/residue and a couple light fingermarks around the top corners, some light surface creasing between some of the fold intersections, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, Otherwise Very Good!
