CONDITION :

1.5 cm tear at the center of the bottom edge and a small tear also on the bottom edge, small surface crease patch within the bottom border, small crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, 2 cm vertical black print line through the bottom border with a little yellow print to the side of it, 5 cm tear on the left edge (below center), 1 cm tear also on the left edge (above center), 6 cm diagonal crease line from the top of the right vertical fold downwards, mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise very good.
