CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the left edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines)… note there are three horizontal fold lines, four small white surface pinches in the blue background near the top (one near the top center of each of the four top fold segments), four small white surface pinches in the blue background near the bottom (one near the bottom center of each of the four bottom fold segments), slight yellowing to the back of the fold lines and some tiny Brown speckles of damp along the back of the right half of the back of the center and bottom horizontal fold lines (these are very lightly visible on the front), a couple of tiny dark print marks near the bottom of the left border, otherwise very good.
