Approximately five tiny tears near the bottom of the right edge and a small crease near the top, extremely tiny tear at the center of the bottom edge, tiny tear and very mild creasing near the top of the left edge, extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, small white surface crease between the CK in the BRODERICK credit near the top right corner along with a small crease below the second R, otherwise very good.
