CONDITION :
2 cm tear at the top of the center vertical fold line, tiny black spot of residue in the bottom border (left of the left vertical fold line), extremely mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines and creasing around some of the intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise excellent!
