Faint spots of damp around the top right corner area, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, small crease across the tip of the top right corner, tiny tear on the right edge, approximately ten tiny tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, some light surface creasing near both side edges including several tiny white’s stress marks near the right edge and a couple near the left edge, otherwise okay.
