1cm hole near the bottom edge (left), Small edge tear on the bottom edge (left), 7 x 1cm oval torn from the bottom edge (right), Three 1cm edge tears along the top edge, three pinholes near the top left corner and two near the bottom right corner, The left of the horizontal fold line is a bit grubby as is the top of the left vertical fold line (may have become damp), Slight paper thinning on the back of the top right edge where some tape was removed.
