3 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, small tear and a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear along the bottom edge, light surface creasing along the bottom, very light surface creasing on the left, 1 cm white surface crease near the left edge, otherwise very good.
