CONDITION :

Horizontal fold completely across the center of the booklet (goes through every page), very mild edge wear on the spine along with a couple of additional creases, tiny Brown spec of residue near the top of the right edge on the back page, otherwise good.
** note the booklet is four pages, which comprise of the front, back and inside spread of a single sheet machine folded in half. **
