Approx ½ inch has been cut from the top edge reducing the overall dimensions to approx 29½ x 40 inches, 2cm edge tear on the bottom edge near center, Mild edge creasing, White crease lines near the top right corner, small white crease lines around the side edge centers, Some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines).
