CONDITION :

2 cm tear and a 1.5 cm tear on the right edge (both have tape on the back), 2 cm crease also on the right edge, several small white surface creases near both side edges, patch of tiny light print error lines just below the top edge (right half), small finger grease mark near the top left corner, otherwise good.
