Approximately 5 tiny tears and mild edge wear on the top edge including a couple of extremely tiny spots of edge paper loss, very mild edge wear on the right edge including some extremely tiny spots of edge paper loss near the top of the edge, approximately eight extremely tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, very slight Browning to the tips of the edges and the fold lines, very mild fold wear including four small wear holes along the top horizontal fold lines and a tiny wear hole at the bottom fold intersection, standard blue title stamp on the back (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good!
