CONDITION :

Tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, four pinholes near the top of the right edge (one has torn through the edge), extremely mild creasing on the right edge, 1 cm tear along with approximately 5 tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, two pinholes near every corner, two pinholes near the bottom of both the left and right vertical fold lines, a few tiny faint Brown specks of damp (foxing), along the top and bottom edges, a little dark print has transferred around the bottom left corner area (possibly fingermarks?), some additional light discolouration just left of the title, some dark print has transferred onto the left of the center horizontal fold line along with a small red Mark and also on the left vertical fold line, the title has been written in pencil near the top of the left edge and rubbed out, two tiny dark print marks just above the Meg Ryan credit at the bottom left, mild fold wear including a 1 cm tear through the center fold intersection along with white stress marks on the fold lines and additional creasing around and between some of the fold intersections, a little reddish and yellowish print has transferred onto the center horizontal fold line (within the left of the face), otherwise good.
