6 x 2 cm piece torn from the right edge (near bottom), 2 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner with a tiny tear at the right edge of it, a couple of additional tiny tears and very mild creasing on the right edge, 2 cm horizontal crease and a couple of tiny tears and 2 pinholes through the bottom right corner, approximately 3 tiny tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear on the top edge (near right corner), light surface wrinkles near the edges, mild fold wear (some light stress marks on some the fold lines and creasing around some of the intersections), otherwise very good.
