CONDITION :

1.5 cm tear along with a 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the left edge, very mild creasing/edge wear at the bottom of the left edge, 5 cm diagonal crease across the bottom left corner with a tiny tear at the bottom of it, additional creasing around the edges of the center horizontal fold line and center vertical fold (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), very mild fold wear including a 1 cm tear through the center vertical fold (top half), very light surface creasing around the top left corner, some dark Brown stain spots on the back of the top of the center vertical fold line area and the back of the right vertical fold (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), 23 has been written on the back of the top center in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
