CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing and an extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear at the left edge of both the top and bottom horizontal fold lines, extremely mild fold wear (light creasing around some of the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise excellent!
