CONDITION :
Small tear with surrounding creasing on the top edge (near left corner), extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, mild fold wear including white stress marks on some the fold lines and creasing around some of the intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good.
