1 cm tear across the tip of the top right corner, 2 cm tear and a 1 cm tear along with four tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, a couple of small white surface creases near both side edges and a couple just below the first letters of the title, otherwise very good.
