CONDITION :

Small white spot of print loss near the top right corner, blu-tac residue/grease marks near the top corners, tiny spot of print loss near the top left corner, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the left edge, light surface creasing around the top left corner including a couple of tiny white print cracks, fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), title has been written on the back in pencil which has embossed through to the front, surface crease between the center and right vertical fold lines (just below the center horizontal fold line), otherwise very good.
