Approximately four tiny tears and moderate creasing/edge wear on the top edge, 1 cm tear at the center of the right edge (has a little tape on the back), three tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny white surface creases near the left edge, several small white surface creases within and around the last three letters of the title, small white surface crease below the review text at the top right, a couple of additional small white surface creases near the right edge, small surface creases above the first letter of the title, otherwise good.
