CONDITION :

Small piece torn from the bottom edge (right), approximately 10 tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge (largest tear is 3 cm), tiny tear on the left edge, tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, numerous faint semicircular indentations along the top edge (appears to be a paperclip indentation), light surface creasing near the side edges including a couple of tiny white stress marks, 5 cm crease across the top left corner, otherwise good.
