CONDITION :
Small edge tear and very mild edge wear on the left edge, crease across the bottom left corner, mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, small pinhole near the top left corner, a little blu-tac residue near each corner, a couple of small white surface creases near the top edge and one near the left edge, a couple of dark print marks within the “UI” in “GUIDE”, otherwise very good.
