CONDITION :

1 cm tear and two smaller tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, small brownish liquid/grease spot near the right edge (on man’s shirt), 1 cm circular light brownish liquid/grease spot near the bottom left corner (just above the grass level), small light Brown liquid/grease spot below the F of ROOF, a couple of tiny light Brown liquid/grease spots just below the top edge (near left corner), otherwise good.
