Extremely mild edge wear along the bottom and left edges, tiny crease across the bottom left corner, very mild fold wear, surface crease between the center and top fold intersections (just right of the vertical fold line), light brown patches of damp spots along the back of the top horizontal fold line and along the back of the top of the vertical fold line (these are noticeable on the front), Otherwise Good
