3 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner (has a small tear at the top edge), light surface creasing around the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge including a tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, slight yellowing to the tip of the top and bottom edges, otherwise very good.
