CONDITION :

Patch of blu-tac grease/residue near both top corners and the top center, extremely mild creasing to the tip of the side edges, very slight Browning around the bottom edge and the bottom of the side edges, the back of the right vertical fold line and the back of the right half of the center horizontal fold line have browned/ have Brown spots of damp on them (this is lightly visible on the front… More so if the poster is held to light/backlit), light creasing around some the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good.
