2x1cm piece torn from top left corner, Very mild creasing and a couple of light marks in the outer white border, small white stress mark near the top (just above “Family”), mild fold wear (white stress marks on some of the fold lines plus a couple of pinhole sized tears at a couple of the fold intersections), Otherwise Very Good.
