Four tiny tears and mild creasing around the top of the right edge, tiny tear on the top edge, very mild creasing along the bottom edge, a little blu-tac residue/grease near the top corners, very mild fold wear, light surface creasing around the top corners, a couple of diagonal creases at the edges of the top horizontal fold line, a little creasing around some of the fold intersections, Otherwise Very Good!
