CONDITION :

Very fine strip of plain white along the bottom edge (due to being cut very slightly out of alignment at the printers), extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing and a couple of small grubby marks on the top edge, some light scuffing on the back of the top left corner (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
