CONDITION :

Brown liquid stain on the back of the top half of the right vertical fold line which is visible on the front and a little has transferred onto the top of the left vertical fold area, approximately 11 small tears across the top half of the right vertical fold line (largest is 3cm), two 2cm tears across the left vertical fold line (near top), small piece worn away from the top of the right vertical fold and four tiny pieces worn away from the top edge around the left vertical fold, 2cm edge tear and a couple of tiny edge tears also on the top edge, small patch of browning at the bottom of the left and right vertical fold lines, tiny piece worn away from the bottom edge (bottom of left vertical fold), 3-6 pinholes near each corner and the top center (some are a few inches inward of the edges and some have light rust rings from the original drawing pins), “X” certificate has been covered over with black marker pen, small patch of red print near the bottom left corner, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, some red print has transferred into the blue background below the man furthest to the right (not the small man in the distance), Otherwise Good.
