19x2cm black sticker with U-2 on it stuck in the middle of the credits on the left, Five additional vertical fold lines, some fold wear (white stress / crease marks on and around all fold lines), two small edge tears on the left edge, 2cm edge tear and a 1cm edge tear on the bottom edge, 1cm edge tear and moderate creasing on the right edge, 1cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear on the top edge, some dark print has transferred into the outer white border, surface is lightly creased throughout, Otherwise OK.
